- Transferable one time to a new homeowner (adds significant resale value)
What the manufacturer covers
Every material we install comes with its own manufacturer warranty on the product itself — typically 30 to 50 years, sometimes lifetime. Our workmanship warranty stacks on top: they cover the material, we cover the installation.
How to file a warranty claim
- Call or email — reference your original project number if you have it.
- Send a photo of the issue if you can safely capture one.
- We schedule a diagnostic visit within one business week for non-urgent, same-day for active leaks.
- If it's a workmanship issue, we fix it at no cost. If it's outside the warranty, you get a written estimate before any work.
