Why we started this
Most homeowners get their roof replaced once, maybe twice, in their lifetime. It's a big check to write to a company they've never worked with, for work they can't see, backed by a warranty they'll never read.
We started APEX to change one thing: make roofing a business you'd recommend to your neighbor without hedging. That means our own crews, real warranties written in plain English, and pricing that doesn't depend on how good you are at haggling.
Standards we hold ourselves to
No subcontracted labor
Every foreman and installer is on our payroll, W-2, with benefits and workers comp. That's the only way to warranty labor for 50 years.
Manufacturer certifications
Certified by GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed. Certification requires ongoing training and an installation audit — it's not a marketing badge.
Same-day quotes
Written estimates within one business day. Fixed-price contracts, no dodgy "additional charges may apply" language.
Full insurance
$2M general liability, $1M auto, and workers comp on every crew member. Certificates available same-day for property managers.
