The claim process, simplified
- Free inspection — we walk the roof, photograph damage, and give you an honest read on whether it's worth filing.
- File with your carrier — you file the claim; we send you our findings to include.
- Adjuster meeting — we meet your adjuster on site to walk through the damage together. This step matters more than any other.
- Approved scope — the carrier issues a scope and settlement. We match it to our estimate and flag anything the adjuster missed.
- Install — you pay your deductible, we bill the carrier the rest. Supplement any additional damage found during tear-off.
What we DON'T do
- We won't promise to "waive your deductible." That's insurance fraud in Georgia and a felony. Any roofer offering this is exposing you to criminal liability.
- We won't file a claim without inspecting first. Filing a claim that gets denied hurts your future insurability.
- We're not a public adjuster. We're the roofer. Your carrier is your carrier. Our job is to make sure the scope of work matches what your roof actually needs.
